What one-on-one really changes

Every minute is yours

In a group of ten, a child recites for three minutes. In a private class, the whole lesson is recitation, correction, and care.

Teachers, chosen slowly

Certification, ijazah, a teaching audition, and a children's-safety interview — most applicants don't make it in.

A curriculum, not improvisation

Every program follows a written syllabus with stages and reports, so progress is visible to parents, not just felt.

Home is the classroom

No commute, no weather, no waiting rooms. The mushaf opens on the kitchen table, and the teacher is already there.

Every age is welcome

Our youngest student is five, our eldest is past seventy. The plan bends to the student — never the other way.

Wherever you live

From New Zealand mornings to California nights, classes hold steady across timezones and school terms.

What families say

Words from parents and students learning with Sama.

My daughter used to dread Qur'an time at the weekend school. Now she reminds me it's Tuesday. Her teacher turned it from a duty into a friendship.
Umm MaryamParent of a 7-year-old · Manchester, UK
I'm 41 and I finally read my first full page of the mushaf without help. My teacher never once made me feel behind.
BilalFoundations student · Toronto, Canada
The three-cycle review system is the reason my son's memorization actually stays. Two ajza' in, and the older surahs are still solid.

Questions parents and students ask

What age can my child start?

From five years old. Early classes are short and playful — twenty-five minutes of letters, sounds, and encouragement. Our teachers are chosen specifically for their patience with young children.

I'm an adult and a complete beginner. Is it too late?

It is never too late, and you will not be the only one. A large share of our students are adults starting from the alphabet. Classes are private, so there is no embarrassment — only progress.

How does the free trial actually work?

You pick a time, meet a teacher in a live video class, and read (or just talk) for about twenty-five minutes. The teacher assesses your level gently and sends you a recommended plan. No payment details are asked for.

What do we need at home?

A laptop or tablet, a stable internet connection, and ideally headphones. Classes run on Zoom or Google Meet — your teacher sends the link before every lesson.

How are your teachers selected?

Every teacher holds recognized certification — most hold an ijazah — and passes a recitation audition, a teaching demonstration, and an interview covering conduct with children before joining.

How long does memorization take?

It depends on your daily portion. A student memorizing five lines a day with our review system typically completes a juz' in about two months. Your teacher will project a realistic timeline in your plan — and adjust it kindly when life happens.

Which program should I choose, and what does it cost?

Let the assessment choose for you — that's what the free trial is for. Plans are priced by classes per month; see the Pricing page, and know that you can change programs at any time without changing teachers.

The first class is on us.

Meet your teacher, hear your level, receive your plan. If it isn't right for your family, you've lost nothing but gained a recitation.
